We aim to despatch next working day after receipt of order but please allow 14 days for UK addresses, and 28 days rest of world, before raising a query.
Do you have a shop that I can visit?
No we don't. Our aim is to keep prices as low as possible by keeping costs down. A retail shop is an expensive overhead that might be of value to only a few of our customers but the cost of which would be shared by all.
Do I have to pay by PayPal?
Although we would recommend it we can accept sterling cheques drawn on a UK bank. Please drop an email to sales@covemodels.co.uk with your requirements and we will raise an invoice for you. Please note that goods won't be despatched until after a cheque has cleared.
I'm outside of the UK, can I still place an order?
Yes you can. Depending on where you are delivery costs may vary. Drop an email to sales@covemodels.co.uk with your requirements and we will advise of the cost of your order. Please note that you will be responsible for any import or customs duties that your order mau incur.
